These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rojana Fashions website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Rojana Fashions is operated by Rojana Fashions (OPC) PVT LTD, registered at E 148 Murlipura Scheme, Jaipur 302039, Rajasthan, India.
We produce custom apparel using garment vinyl (heat-transfer vinyl) applied by heat press, in black or white vinyl only. Garments are available in 12 fixed colors and 5 sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL), at a flat price regardless of color or size selected.
You may sign in using Google or email one-time-passcode authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account.
When you submit a custom design (text, image, or placement instructions), our team reviews it for production feasibility before your order proceeds — including vinyl weeding complexity, color contrast against the chosen garment, and placement. We reserve the right to reject a submission we consider infeasible to produce, in which case you will be notified and may revise and resubmit.
You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any design, text, image, or content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights. You grant us a license to reproduce your submitted content solely for the purpose of producing your order.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are flat across all available colors and sizes for a given product. Prices are subject to change for future orders without notice; the price shown at the time you complete checkout applies to your order.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or other payment credentials on our servers.
We currently ship within India only, via Shiprocket. See our Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy for details on order changes after placement.
All site content — including our logo, branding, layout, and original graphics — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rojana Fashions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
