Because every order is custom-made, you may cancel it free of charge at any point before our team approves your design and it enters production. Once an order moves into production, it can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel an eligible order, contact us at info@rojanafashions.com or +91 86192 41135 with your order number as soon as possible.
If your order was already paid for, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method via Razorpay within 10 business days of cancellation.
If our team determines a submitted design cannot be produced, we will notify you so you can revise and resubmit your design, or cancel and receive a full refund.
